Membership Terms

Memberships at 86INK are designed to support consistent, long-term skin refinement through personalized treatment plans and advanced aesthetic care.

Billing

  • Memberships are billed monthly on an automatic recurring basis.
  • The card on file will be charged each billing cycle.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Cancellation

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time with written request via email.
  • Benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation is processed.

Membership Benefits

  • Monthly payments are applied as banked credit toward eligible services.
  • Members receive preferred pricing and tier-specific benefits.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Credit Usage

  • Membership credits may be applied toward eligible treatments and services.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash and hold no cash value.

Credit Expiration

  • Unused credits may roll over for up to 3 months from the date issued.
  • Credits not used within this timeframe will expire and be forfeited.

Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Services rendered using membership credit are non-refundable.

Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a fee or loss of applicable credit.

Treatment Eligibility

  • All services are subject to provider assessment and clinical appropriateness.
  • Treatment plans may be adjusted based on individual response and goals.

Membership Intent

Memberships are designed for consistent care and long-term results rather than one-time use.

Fair Use

86INK reserves the right to adjust or recapture discounted value if membership benefits are used disproportionately prior to cancellation.

Price Adjustments

  • Membership pricing and benefits may be updated with advance notice.

Pause Option

  • Memberships may be paused once per year for up to 60 days with written request.
  • Billing will automatically resume after the pause period.
